Directions: Spray surfaces at shoulder level in a sweeping motion. No need to saturate. Should especially be used on bedding to eliminate dust mite allergens. I havent notice any change in my ability to breathe well, but because my dogs spend time during the day on my bed, the pleasant scent of this spray makes bedtime much more delightful!

This stuff is AMAZING! I used half the bottle the first day I received it! I sprayed down all the carpet, furniture, pillows and bedding. The house smells great. I also used the laundry liquid to put in the water when I shampooed the carpets. I can't believe how good it smells in here! I can't smell any garbage smells near the kitchen-I really can't recommend it enough!!!

Great for daily use
