Mouthwash, toothbrush & retainer
I've noticed a. Improvement for me. According to dentist, I have a high level of bacteria that causes a lot of plaque, virtually overnight despite, brushing and flossing daily. Also have had gum sensitivity for yrs. After using this, right away I see less plaque, and gums hurt less. My teeth are getting whiter ( coffee drinker). Also cleaned my bite guard much better than denture cleaner or even the autoclave used at dentists'.

Was quit suprised how clean my mouth felt after using this. I also brush my teeth with it. I have a filling that partially has fallen out of my tooth, and literally dispise going to any doctor. It began hurting but once I started using this product it stopped hurting after a couple days. It has bought me more time from having to see the dentist. Great product and recommend trying it.

I keep a small glass of water with some mouthwash in it at night. So when I get up to use the bathroom, I can swish and gargle with it. I get sore throats in the night from having the AC on and it always heals my throat. Thank you!
