Directions: Spray surfaces at shoulder level in a sweeping motion. No need to saturate. Should especially be used on bedding to eliminate dust mite allergens. I bought this for a friend of mine, and he does have issues with hay fever and breathing problems. He said he has found this a lot better. As he was looking at other products with probiotics to help him.

Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Spray
This stuff is AMAZING! I used half the bottle the first day I received it! I sprayed down all the carpet, furniture, pillows and bedding. The house smells great. I also used the laundry liquid to put in the water when I shampooed the carpets. I can't believe how good it smells in here! I can't smell any garbage smells near the kitchen-I really can't recommend it enough!!!
