This is a one-of-a-kind fruit and vegetable cleaner! The contamination that occurs from the farm to your table is exponential. Fertilizers, chemical-filled water, improper storage, insects and human handling spread pathogens that cause food-borne illnesses, like gastroenteritis. Studies show that these pathogens live in biofilm that increases the spread of pathogens by 80%.

Fruit & Veggie cleaner you find on shelves cannot even touch biofilm. They simply remove surface dirt.

The FDA states that it is imperative to properly wash your fruits and vegetables, and this does not mean washing with water. Our TURI lab study showed that only 40% of contaminants are removed, and water does not remove pathogens living in biofilm. Only P2 Probiotic Fruit & Veggie Cleaner eliminates the biofilm that spreads pathogens, and it cleans away wax and dirt, too.

Use for every kind of fruit and vegetable. Always wet what you want to clean first, as the probiotics need to be activated.

Leaves no residue of weird taste.

Ingredients: A Proprietary Blend of FDA GRAS Spore Probiotics, Naturally Occurring Enzymes, Water Soluble Biosurfactant (microorganisms), Organic Spearmint

P2 probiotic power fruit and veggie cleaner

Excuse if this is a repeat because in the middle of typing my review disappeared. The person in the video said you could leave the spray on the fruit or vegetables so after I rinse them a little I do that, if they're frozen, I rinse them a little and I spray them and leave it on for a while before I cook them. It smells minty but I detect no flavor.
